I need to thank one lovely foodblogger for inadvertedly introducing me to Höganäs Keramik last November in Denmark, and another dear foodblogger for buying it for me in Sweden, taking it to Finland and shipping it to me in Estonia (what a pan-Nordic affair!!), where I finally got hold of it today.
Waiting 9 months for it was definitely worth it..

I keep forgetting to tell you: I haven't done anything creative with the Kama yet, but I am really enjoying it everyday.. I mix it in with my fruit and yogurt for lunch! It's especially good with apples. I want to try making some candies with it - just as soon as my garden gives me a break. I'm making apple butter now!

Sophie - if you like your teapot, then there's no need to worry if it's sophisticated or not. I 'survived' seven years in Edinburgh with a rather horrible teapot, so I really wanted to treat myself to a nice one now:)
Katie - so glad to hear that you've been enjoying your kama! Yogurt-fruit-kama sounds about right, and I'm intrigued to hear about your candy-making plans. PS Kama cereal balls would be better with yogurt than milk, too!

I've been lusting after this teapot for over a year and think i may have to finally buy one in aqua
what a beautiful pot! i've been thinking of ditching mine forever - it's common, ugly and it leaks... not sure why it is still using up precious space in my kitchen! have to dig around for it online or book a trip to sweden ;-)
