Pretty indeed! I recently made a rhubarb custard tart, which was delicious and looked inviting, but nowhere near the simple beauty of this composed tart. Next on the list!
I do not like rhubarb so much (although I did a crumble last week, mostly for my daughter), but your tart looks absolutely fantastic - very nice "squared" shape.
